Main research fields: Engaging in the research of medium-high grade metamorphic region of geological evolution, involving anatexis, hybrid lithology mechanism, granite genesis, and the property of the Pan African tectonic. He has published more than 40 academic papers (more than 30 ones as the first author), 4 Monographs (co-authored). He has directed multiple projects of National Natural Science Foundation of Chinaof China, China Geological Survey and industry fund projects, national Antarctic special projects and one hundred project of Ministry of Land and Resources. He has won 2017 China Polar Expedition Advanced Individual jointly issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Oceanic Administration
